The leaders are the staff; You need to get to know team members. As a leader, being unfamiliar with team members is not natural. As a manager, you may hear that you can stand still, but as a leader, you may feel uncomfortable being isolated from your team members. So what can happen if leaders are not close to their employees? (1) Stay when you can give more; When I can’t afford it, I will not live.
They will stay if given more salaries and opportunities because they need to familiarize themselves with the staff. If they do not, they will not be able to live.

(2) They have a working relationship and do not want to talk openly about their problems.
Employees do not want to come and talk about life’s inconveniences and problems because they are not close to the leader. I dare not say. If they are friendly, they will talk about their problems and difficulties.
(3) When unfamiliar with people, you become a manager. It is no longer possible to be a leader.
This means you can be someone other than an outside manager; (Management Level). You can not be a real leader. A leader is friends with people. We have to get to know people. People should be punished when they should be punished. You also need to help them. They must be close to them to be a leader they love and respect. Without intimacy, it is impossible to be a leader.
(4) Motivating them to be friendly will be challenging because you are not friendly.
As a leader, you need to be friendly to tell team members to be friendly with each other. If you do, they may feel that they do not need to be in love with each other. It could be as if you were setting a precedent. So, what are the inconveniences for your team? What do they want? What are their difficulties? Once you know what you need to do to help them, they will be on the path to becoming a good leader whom they love and respect.
